Developed by Harvard Developments Inc., the new 10 storey building was comprised of 160,000 sq. ft. and contains three levels of underground parking. There are over 48,000 sq. ft. of office space and 10,000 sq. ft. of retail space. Alliance Energy added a 2,000 amp distribution which re-fed the existing Farm Credit Corporation office tower. Also included in the project was a new 500kw generator, life safety and non-life safety transfer switches and electrical distribution throughout all 10 floors. Alliance Energy installed the data/voice/fiber communication cables to complete the base building electrical installation. Other work involved was the completion of the fire alarm and elevator upgrade to the existing FCC tower.
